Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction is a condition that affects the sacroiliac joint, which is located where the sacrum (the triangular bone at the base of the spine) meets the iliac bones of the pelvis. This joint plays a crucial role in transferring weight and forces between the upper body and the lower body during movement.

Symptoms:

Pain in the Lower Back: Typically located on one side of the lower back or buttocks.
Radiating Pain: Pain may radiate to the hips, groin, thighs, or legs.
Stiffness: Reduced mobility and stiffness in the lower back and hips.
Pain with Movement: Discomfort may worsen with activities such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, or getting in and out of a car.
