At Dr. Michael Fishman’s practice, we believe in surrounding our patients with compassionate, purpose-driven professionals—and this Volunteer Appreciation Month, we’re proud to spotlight Tori, a dedicated partner and Territory Manager at Nalu.
Tori has been an integral part of our work bringing peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) to patients suffering from chronic pain. Her knowledge, professionalism, and heart-forward approach have made her not only a valued collaborator, but a true advocate for personalized care.
What sets Tori apart isn’t just her commitment to innovation and outcomes—it’s her deep belief in showing up for people, whether in the clinic or out in the community. Outside of her role with Nalu, she volunteers with NOVA (Network of Victim Assistance), an organization that supports victims of crime with compassion and comprehensive resources. Tori donates her time at NOVA’s thrift store, where proceeds help fund vital programs and services for those navigating trauma and recovery.
“For me, it’s about making people feel seen, heard, and supported,” Tori says. “Whether I’m working with a physician partner like Dr. Fishman or helping someone at NOVA, I try to bring empathy and intention to every interaction.”
Tori’s commitment to advocacy, both personally and professionally, reflects the values we strive to bring to our patients every day. Her partnership ensures we can continue delivering innovative pain solutions while also fostering trust, education, and support at every step of the patient journey.
We’re honored to work alongside someone who embodies such compassion and conviction. Thank you, Tori, for being a vital part of our extended team—and for making a meaningful difference, both in healthcare and in your community.
